This exercise is medium to get accuracy badges because there is a lot of room for error in the division algorithm with numbers of this type. The speed badges are hard unless one uses a calculator.
- The answers always come out to be a terminating decimal, so if user's decimal doesn't stop, they have made an error.
- To divide decimals, it is easiest to move both decimal points (the same number of spots) to eliminate the decimal in the number users are dividing by. Both decimals move the same number of spots because effectively they are multiplying numerator and denominator of a fraction by the same power of ten.
- The calculator hurts the spirit of the problem, but can be used to dramatically improve time.
